Ashley Bowers is a soon-to-be high school graduate with a passion for photography and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.

Born and raised in Lincoln City, Oregon, Ashley has always been driven to help others, which led her to join the Siletz Fire District in April 2022. As a volunteer, she has enjoyed learning new skills, such as firefighting and emergency medical response, and contributing to her community.

Ashley's enthusiasm and dedication have made her a valuable asset to the team. Her favorite memory so far has been starting her EMR training, where she is learning critical skills to help save lives. In her free time, Ashley loves capturing moments through photography and exploring the beautiful Oregon coast.

With a strong sense of determination and a willingness to learn, Ashley hopes to continue her education and pursue a career in a field that aligns with her values, such as environmental conservation or emergency services.

Fun fact: Ashley has never left the state, but her dream destination is Paris, where she hopes to capture stunning photos of the Eiffel Tower and indulge in French cuisine!
